Made for chronic illness

Your doctor sees fifteen minutes. Bring the weeks in between.

Log energy, symptoms, sleep, activity and flares on your iPhone, or tap a quick check on Apple Watch. Before a visit, turn those days into a clinic brief you review, then share or send as a 7 day clinician link.

See what gets tracked

Tracking is free. The free plan includes one clinic brief per month, for up to 14 days, after you have tracked for at least a week. Your strongest pattern is included too, once there is enough signal.

  1. Morning · 3 Steady

Woke up with reserve after a full night's rest. Tallest reading of the day.

  2. Walk → afternoon · 2

Energy steps down after the walk. Afternoon is lower because that cost landed.

  3. 2:40 flare · 0.5

Rose marker is the flare. It cuts below the afternoon trend; activity alone does not explain it.

  4. Evening · 1 Very limited

Meds help a little, but evening stays low. Partial recovery, not a bounce back.

Same idea as Day overall in Insights: capacity across one day from your check-ins. Patterns are separate. After enough days, Check looks across weeks for associations worth discussing, not a diagnosis.

Insights in the app

Patterns surface associations worth discussing

Insights has two layers. Day overall shows one day of energy (the ribbon in the hero), mood, sleep, and symptoms. Patterns are separate: associations appear on their own once there is enough signal, for example harder activity followed by a next-day crash, or dairy followed by bloating.

How patterns work

  1. 01

    Looks at this month first

Energy, flare days, symptoms, sleep, drinks, food, and activity. This runs on its own. You do not tap Check. Free stays on this calendar month. Plus can look at 90 days, 365 days, or since last visit.

  2. 02

    Tests a short clinical list

Harder activity and delayed crash. Dairy and GI or pelvic symptoms. Caffeine or low fluids and same-day dizziness or palpitations when the data supports it. Not every pairing in your log.

  3. 03

Keeps only what cleared the bar

At least 14 logged days, a trigger that repeated at least 5 times, and a real difference versus similar days without it. Free shows the strongest finding this month and replaces it if a stronger one appears. Plus shows up to 3.

You need at least 14 logged days before a finding can appear. Free shows the strongest one this month and replaces it if a stronger one appears. Pacewise Plus shows up to 3, including 90 day, 365 day, and since last visit windows. If you are eligible, you can try Plus free for 7 days. Silence over noise: if nothing clears the clinical gates, you get an empty result on purpose.

These are associations in your own data. They are not a diagnosis, and they do not prove that one thing caused another.

Example finding

Illustrative card in the same shape as the app. Free keeps the strongest finding from your logs. Plus can show up to 3.

  • Harder activity days and same-day low energy

10 of 10 harder activity days were associated with low energy the same day, versus 5 of 21 on other days.

    How this was calculated

Your memory should not have to carry the whole appointment.

The heart of Pacewise

A clinic brief worth handing over

Every day you log becomes evidence. Pacewise turns weeks of tracking into a clinic brief for your clinician, plus My prep note with your visit questions. Verified numbers first. You review the PDF, then choose what to share.

  • Choose the range and sections before you generate. Plus can cover the days since your last appointment, and compare the 14 days before and after a medication start
  • Energy trends, symptom frequency, flare days, sleep, medications, and more you opt in
  • Patterns to discuss when associations cleared the bar, framed as associations for the visit, never as proof of cause
  • Clinic brief for your clinician. Prep note for you, with questions based on your logs
  • Optional quieter clinic brief that omits food, bowel, and personal notes
  • A 7 day read-only clinician link with the quieter pack. It expires in 7 days, or when you revoke it. No clinician account, and no live diary
  • Generating never sends the brief. You decide when to share, print, or copy the link

Honesty about AI

AI helps with wording. Your numbers stay verified.

Pacewise uses AI to polish wording, not to invent findings. Pattern associations and clinic brief numbers are computed from your logs first. AI may rewrite those verified facts into clearer language. It never receives your raw day by day logs.

What AI may do

  • Rewrite verified clinic brief facts into clearer language for a short visit summary and related prep note text
  • Rewrite verified pattern card titles and summaries so they are easier to read at a glance
  • Fall back to template wording if AI is unavailable or fails number and language checks

What AI does not do

  • Diagnose, treat, or replace clinical judgment
  • Invent numbers. Any figure in AI text must already exist in your verified facts
  • Read unrestricted raw logs or turn chat into tracking entries
  • Share your brief. You review the PDF, then choose whether to send or print it
